• Investigating Technical Issues: You will investigate technical issues related to bodywork, paint, and interior/exterior decorative parts, identifying effective solutions to improve production efficiency.
• Analyzing Part Disassembly: Your expertise will be utilized to analyze part disassembly, proposing and verifying countermeasures to enhance product quality.
• Supplier Management: Daily management of suppliers will be crucial in promoting improvements in product quality, fostering long-term relationships with key partners.
• Experimental Assembly: Participation in experimental assemblies and implementation of new products will require you to perform checks and adjustments, ensuring seamless integration into our manufacturing process.
• Production Issue Resolution: You will identify and promote solutions for production issues before the vehicle SOP, minimizing delays and optimizing production workflows.
• Control Plan Review: Regular review of the control plan for parts in accordance with regulations and technical agreements will ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Mass Production Inspection: Inspecting parts for mass production of new models will guarantee market-quality vehicles, exceeding customer expectations.
