We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our operations in LATAM, with a focus on mobile performance marketing.

About the Role

  • This is a ground-floor leadership position that requires taking full ownership of the region, laying the commercial foundation for a scalable and profitable mobile performance business.

Responsibilities

  • Owning LATAM P&L, go-to-market, and leadership strategy.
  • Representing the brand across key markets (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina) and becoming a trusted partner to mobile-first brands and agencies.
  • Driving direct business growth with a focus on mobile performance campaigns (CPI, CPE, CPA, retargeting).
  • Building strong relationships with top DSPs, app marketers, developers, and agency decision-makers.
  • Collaborating closely with product, sales, and customer success teams globally to shape localized solutions.
