This role involves serving as a vital link in the process, ensuring a smooth and successful patient journey through key accounts. The Biopsy Product Manager will help identify critical touchpoints, potential bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve the overall patient experience and healthcare system effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Reduce variance among practitioners regarding when to request a biopsy, reflecting alignment with clear guidelines.
- Apply best practices for sample collection to reduce improper or contaminated samples.
- Improve decision-making about sample analysis locations to reduce biopsies sent to inappropriate laboratories.
- Suggest more efficient processes to shorten lag time between biopsy and result interpretation.
- Improve report reading and understanding quality by reducing misinterpretations or errors in reading biopsy reports.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the pharma industry in marketing and/or innovation areas.
- Experience in collaborating with and leading cross-functional teams.
- Solid project management skills.
- Experience in local data generation to address access needs.
- Comprehensive understanding of the patient journey, needs, and concerns.
- In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian Healthcare System.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
