We are seeking a senior product manager to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, be customer-obsessed, results-focused, insights-driven, and a trusted partner. They will leverage data to understand the market, prioritize work, and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and enable capabilities that delight customers and win in the market.
  • Understand external market and customer needs to define priorities and inspire teams.
  • Build product roadmaps, define user stories, and drive trade-off decisions.
  • Lead scrum teams to align on mission and deliver great results iteratively.
  • Leverage data to measure results, inform roadmap, and achieve benefits, adoption, and financial results.

Requirements:

  • Solid product management experience delivering world-class software or capabilities.
  • Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams and other product teams to prioritize and deliver features.
  • Experience with APIs and application/technology integration.
  • Strong execution skills, with a focus on driving results.
  • Ability to write hypotheses, experiment, and follow a 'build, test, iterate' approach.
  • End-to-end view of the product lifecycle, including discovery, first use, and support.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical orientation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curious and learning mindset.
