Principal Python Developer

We are looking for an experienced software engineer to join our team and take on a key role in developing and maintaining our web application. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python and FastAPI, as well as a solid understanding of scalable web application architecture.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify reporting needs and business requirements;
- Develop a backend application using the FastAPI framework from the ground up;
- Implement APIs and integrate third-party services and databases;
- Write and maintain clean, reusable, and scalable code;
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms;
- Work closely with design and development teams to deliver seamless and cohesive user experiences;
- Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment;
- 4+ years of experience as a backend software engineer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software;
- Strong experience with Python and FastAPI framework;
- Solid understanding of scalable web application architecture;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Knowledge of Git for version control and GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows;
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in high-uncertainty environments, with flexibility to adapt as needed;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Experience working with AWS Lambda functions;
