Per Diem Caregiving Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to work in our Skilled Nursing Center on a per diem basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote the physical and mental health of residents by applying appropriate nursing processes, ensuring a high level of patient care and satisfaction.
- Coordinate and monitor medical services in accordance with regulatory agencies, company standards, and resident needs, maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
- Supervise and direct Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), including disciplinary actions, to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Current PA LPN licensure, with a strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
- Current CPR certification or acquire within 90 days of employment, demonstrating a proactive approach to safety and well-being.
- Prior experience in acute care or short-term rehab setting preferred, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays if necessary, embracing a dynamic and responsive work environment.
