Business Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite for our Brazilian entity. This role will involve setting up accounting rules, multi-org access, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement project setup for the first Brazilian entity on a global instance, defining accounting rules and multi-organizational access.
  • Analyze business financial requirements (accounting rules, chart of accounts creation, and reports) and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Map the customer's month-end closing process and plan its execution on Oracle R12.
  • Evaluate legal requirements and their impacts on annual reports (ECD/ECF) and integration with legacy systems (T&R MasterSafe).
  • Collaborate with PTP, OTC, and Manufacturing teams to map business processes and their effects on accounting.
  • Identify Brazil's legal requirements and understand how localization extensions work.
  • Familiarity with Fixed Assets macro processes is desirable.
  • The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively with the accounting team about accounting processes and industry best practices.
