Job Description:The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain data pipelines and workflows for batch and streaming use cases. They will write advanced SQL queries and optimize database performance for large-scale datasets.
- Design and implement data pipelines and workflows for batch and streaming use cases.
- Write advanced SQL queries and optimize database performance for large-scale datasets.
- Work with orchestration tools such as Airflow, FiveTran, DBT, Pub/Sub, or similar to ensure reliable data movement.
- Develop and maintain scalable data solutions using Python, Go, Java, or other programming languages.
- Architect and manage Postgres, BigQuery, and other DBMS solutions to ensure data quality, availability, and performance.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Expert-level SQL knowledge, including performance tuning and optimization.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Java, or similar languages.
- Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow, DBT, FiveTran, Pub/Sub, or equivalent).
- Deep knowledge of database management systems (Postgres, BigQuery preferred).
