Software Modernization Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Software Modernization Expert to lead our modernization projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software architecture and project management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing modern, scalable architectures to replace legacy systems
  • Analyzing existing codebases to identify business logic, dependencies, and potential risks during migration
  • Leveraging cutting-edge technology to transform legacy systems into efficient, secure, and maintainable solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the modernization process
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Experience as a Software Architect or Senior Developer focused on modernization projects
  • Expertise migrating legacy systems to modern languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar
  • Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to propose innovative solutions and troubleshoot issues
