We are seeking a skilled Strategic Growth Analyst to drive business growth through data-driven decision making.
">- Conduct market analyses and competitive intelligence using AI-powered research tools, building investment memos and strategic recommendations for new business opportunities.
- Partner with product, data science, and business development teams to identify growth opportunities, leveraging AI collaboration tools to translate insights across departments.
- Analyze datasets to uncover strategic insights using AI-powered analytics platforms, working with AI systems to model scenarios and interpret trends.
- Develop AI-enhanced frameworks to monitor strategic initiatives and business performance, creating executive dashboards using AI for real-time insights and predictive analytics.
Requirements:
">- Natural curiosity and systematic approach to business problems, with comfort working alongside AI systems.
- Hands-on experience in deal evaluation, market analysis, and investment memo creation, preferably in venture capital or investment roles.
- Ability to effectively prompt and collaborate with AI systems for enhanced output quality and automate tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand new business areas and adapt to fast-changing fintech environments, enthusiasm for learning new AI tools and integrating them into workflows.
Nice to Have:
">- Interest in payments, financial services, or related technology sectors, especially AI/ML applications.
- Understanding of high-growth company dynamics, particularly in AI-adopting organizations.
