Operations Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee the delivery of Amazon orders directly to customers.

  • This role involves managing a team of operational leaders, allocating labor, leading meetings, and assigning job duties.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional organizational skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer service, improving on-time dispatch rates, and increasing first-day delivery success.

The Operations Leader will work closely with internal and external suppliers to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee daily operations in a Delivery Station, ensuring seamless execution of Amazon orders.
  2. Support Team Leads in management of labor allocation, meeting coordination, and job duty assignment.
  3. Analyze performance metrics, including On-Time Dispatch, First-Day Delivery Success, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  4. Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and quality enhancements.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicating effectively to ensure aligned goals and objectives.
