Project Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Consultant to join our team at Gilder Search Group. As a Project Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing systems, improving client production processes, and seeking best market practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
  • Technology Selection: Help choose the most suitable technologies for the project, considering factors such as scalability, cost, and alignment with the company's strategy.
  • Solution Implementation: Coordinate the implementation of systems, whether developing new applications, integrating existing systems, or migrating data and systems to new platforms.
  • Training and Capacity Building: Provide training to the client's team on new tools and systems implemented, ensuring that all users know how to utilize the new features.
  • Change Management: Assist in adapting organizational processes to the new technologies implemented, ensuring that changes are well-received and effectively implemented.
  • Quality Management: Ensure that project deliverables meet agreed-upon quality standards, conducting tests and reviews to ensure that the final product meets the specifications.

Requirements:

  • College Degree Completed
  • Experience in project management/implementation

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in technology projects
  • Language: English and Portuguese
  • Travel Requirements: Yes - Up to 30% of domestic and international travel required
