About the Role

At SHEIN, we are seeking a skilled Cost Control Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys data analysis and cost optimization.

Job Responsibilities

  • We will be looking to you to assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing expense data related to warehouse operations.
  • You will support us in preparing regular cost performance reports and visualizations to help track spending trends.
  • Your role will also involve participating in identifying potential cost-saving opportunities and process improvements under the guidance of senior team members.
  • You will collaborate with warehouse, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth cost management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong interest in data analysis and cost optimization; relevant coursework or previous internship experience is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with data visualization tools (such as Tableau or Power BI) is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in English for workplace communication; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, willingness to learn, effective communication skills, and a collaborative attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering is preferred.
