We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and building secure, scalable backend services and algorithms.
- Your main focus will be on writing clean, well-documented, production-quality code with thorough test coverage.
- You will also be expected to implement DevSecOps practices: security protocols, monitoring, metrics, and automated alerts.
This role requires a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar position. You should have expertise in backend development in Python and at least one of the following languages: Golang, Rust, C++.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high traffic, low latency distributed systems: queue-first architectures, sharding, etc.
- Implement and use monitoring and tracing solutions.
- Optimize performance of key-value stores and SQL databases.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in backend development in Python and at least one of the following languages: Golang, Rust, C++.
- Experience with Kubernetes, metrics-driven deployment, containerization, and microservices.
