Client Success Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Client Success Consultant to provide escalation support for complex inquiries that cannot be resolved by junior staff.
The ideal candidate will offer direct customer support when required, providing work direction to junior colleagues, including staffing of queues, quality monitoring, and feedback on employee performance in a supervisory capacity.
Our successful Client Success Consultant will coach junior level staff on career development and overall performance, utilizing analysis and judgment to identify workflow efficiencies and process improvements across the team.
They will conduct thorough analysis of escalated issues and collaborate with senior leaders and departments for resolution, ensuring each customer interaction aligns with our brand values to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
The selected candidate will also assist new team members in learning processes and procedures necessary for delivering exceptional customer service.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
