About the Role:

This Business Support Analyst position is based in Castelo ́s site in São Paulo/Brazil and will report to the H&B Country Leader in Brazil. The ideal candidate will support the business with daily administrative and marketing tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, as well as supporting sales in actions related to the business.

About You:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work well in a team environment. The successful candidate will have strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support local H&B segments in Brazil (AN&H, Food Biosciences, GP, HPC and Health) with activities such as meeting room reservations, travel arrangements, and coordination of events
  • Coordinate H&B LA Director agenda and provide support for event organization, including hotel and room reservations, transportation, and catering
  • Manage freebies stock and coordinate requests for new employees and business cards
  • Support expense management in SAP and follow up on payment issues

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Administration, fluent English, and intermediate Spanish (as a plus). They should also have proficiency in data analysis tools (SAP), strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of business processes.
