Art Production Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Art Producer to join our Fortnite concept art production team at Epic Games. As an Art Producer, you will be responsible for handling and organizing concept art tasks to help our artists deliver high-quality art.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with art discipline leads and art directors to scope and schedule work for the team, ensuring successful and on-time release of content to the Epic Art Quality bar.
- Facilitate constant communication with the art production team and cross-department production teams, providing transparency on asset status, risks, and opportunities.
- Identify problems and propose solutions to prevent roadblocks, keeping a finger on the pulse of dependency deliverables and project needs.
- Handle multiple large production needs within your department or across small strike teams, prioritizing tasks and maintaining strong communication.
- Schedule team meetings, run dailies art reviews, and provide actionable notes and follow-up to attendees.
- Mentor and facilitate the growth of art production PAs.
- Own Shotgrid scheduling, triage, and tracking.
- Previous experience working in a production role where you've managed art teams in the creation and delivery of high-quality art.
- Deep understanding of dependency-driven pipelines, scheduling, and asset tracking, as well as project management practices and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in an environment where you had to exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily, viewing each new problem as an opportunity for success.
- Self-starter with the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders, within your team and throughout the company.
- Ability to drive high-velocity, high-impact development cycles, balancing short-term needs and long-term vision.
- Ability to adapt and be effective in new situations within a highly dynamic environment.
