Job Title: Cloud Engineering Team Lead

This is a leadership role for a cloud engineering team, focusing on helping customers implement open source solutions in public clouds and data centers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in technologies such as Ubuntu, virtualization, private cloud, Kubernetes, and open source solutions like MLops platforms and data platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of field engineers across presales and professional services to deliver cloud solutions and technical advice to customers.
  • Design and deploy cloud solutions such as OpenStack, MicroCloud, Ceph, Kubernetes, and others.
  • Engage in presales activities by providing technical advice to customers and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and manage team performance and career development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and customers to achieve business goals.
  • Implement engineering best practices and project planning to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and technologies (Kubernetes, OpenStack, AWS, GCP, Azure, Ceph).
  • Practical Linux and networking skills.
  • Experience in technical presales and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
