Job Summary

This is a key role in our organization where you will be responsible for matching clients with top talent from around the world. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide support throughout the engagement process.

  • Work with clients to understand their technical requirements and custom-match them with Engineering experts from different specialties within our talent network (Software Development, DevOps, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, etc.), and provide support during the matching process, throughout the engagement, and beyond.
  • Manage client expectations effectively.
  • Write professional job descriptions to attract the best talent for the job.
  • Find the right talent to meet client goals.
  • Introduce the talent to the client in a way that showcases the talent's experience, skills, and relevance to the client's business needs.
  • Manage the matching process end-to-end to ensure a positive experience for both the client and talent, including:
  • Confirm that talent meets both skills and experience criteria along with the commitment and timezone constraints.
  • Track, understand, and incorporate client and talent feedback to increase the likelihood of success.
