Product Support Specialist

At Wati - WhatsApp Team Inbox, we're revolutionizing customer engagement with our cutting-edge SaaS platform. As a Product Support Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and experience our platform's full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via phone, email, or chat, providing solutions and guidance on product features and functionalities.
- Issue Resolution: Analyze and report product malfunctions, updating internal databases with information about technical issues and customer interactions.
- Feature Requests: Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members, informing customers about new features and functionalities.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and share customer feedback with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, ensuring we continuously improve our platform.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Support or a similar technical support role.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.
- SaaS Environment: Experience working in a SaaS environment is required.
- Help Desk Software: Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools.
- CRM Systems: Strong understanding of CRM systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to demonstrate patience when handling complex queries and challenges.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to work shifts.
