About the Role
  • Utilize our existing tech stack of HubSpot and Optimizely to design cutting-edge, revenue-driving experiments on our partner website.
  • Evaluate the impact of new web experiments using data from Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Establish processes to implement novel web features that minimize risk while achieving business outcomes.
  • Project manage experiments utilizing the DACI method.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on web features.
  • Monitor web performance metrics using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Optimizely.
Key Responsibilities
  • Apply front-end web development coding skills to build impactful web experiments.
  • Verify messaging and user journeys.
  • Monitor web performance using Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Maintain HubSpot CMS.
  • Support cross-team web experiments driven by the Product, Design & Engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong web management expertise.
  • Previous experience working with A/B testing tools.
  • Formal experience using Google Analytics 4.
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, HTML & CSS.
  • Expert experience with HubSpot or a similar CMS tool is beneficial.
  • Experience with SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with B2B Marketing is advantageous.
