As a key member of our team at Novasyte, the Business Data Analyst will play a crucial role in providing systems support in developing and enhancing business systems to deliver new or enhanced products to clients or effective planning, reporting, and analysis tools to internal or external functions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Elaborate detailed reports and analysis to support product quality control and resolve client queries;
• Validate and homologate projects in the area;
• Develop routines in databases (Stored Procedures);
• Monitor the process constructed to calculate price solutions.
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, engineering, statistics, or related fields;
• Advanced Excel, SQL Server databases;
• ETL tools (desirable);
• Power BI, knowledge about internal metrics (sales / PPP / CPP), R, Python (desirable);
• Intermediate English;
• Intermediate Spanish (desirable).
