As a seasoned construction professional, we seek a skilled Project Manager to oversee high-value projects from inception to completion.

About the Role:

This challenging opportunity requires an individual with strong technical expertise in civil engineering, project planning, and execution. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on large-scale civil construction projects, possess a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and be proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

The selected candidate will play a key part in ensuring that all projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. This will involve reviewing and interpreting technical documents, coordinating with consultants and stakeholders, preparing and managing project documentation, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with project regulations, laws, and industry standards
  • Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • 5–10 years of experience in large-scale civil construction projects
  • Strong technical understanding of concrete, formwork, structural works, and finishing
  • Familiarity with construction codes, safety regulations, and QA/QC procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project)
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
