Decarbonization Expert

As a solution expert in hydrogen insights, you will be part of a dynamic team based in Rio de Janeiro or Sao Paulo. You will work closely with our leadership and core team, as well as Client Service Teams across geographies and industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Review existing assets on accuracy, depth of insights, and applicability to client requests
- Provide suggestions for improvement of existing assets, jointly prioritize with the solution manager and implement
- Identify opportunities for new products based on industry demand and gaps in our portfolio, develop Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and evolve into full product
- Collaborate with technical experts to upgrade existing products
- Develop concepts for future tech-enablement
- Frequently collaborate with consulting teams to deliver insights to clients
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent in science, math, engineering, economics, or other technical disciplines
- 3+ years of experience in broader decarbonization, sustainability, and energy transition topics preferred
- Strong skills in conceptual problem-solving
- Excellent modelling skills (Excel a must, Alteryx and Tableau a plus)
- Experience in hydrogen or willingness to quickly immerse yourself in the topic
- Proactive nature and entrepreneurial mindset to identify potential for new products to address gaps in industry
- Effective communication skills
