Senior Credit Risk Professional

As a seasoned professional in credit risk management, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining policies and procedures to minimize losses. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing and assessing the creditworthiness of customers and counterparties, determining credit risk ratings and limits.
You will conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify potential credit risks and opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement credit risk strategies and policies. Your ability to monitor trends in Brazilian credit markets and political changes will inform credit risk decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience in credit risk management, preferably in banking or fintech.
- Knowledge of end-to-end credit operations and experience in credit risk analysis.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g. finance, economics, business).
- Proficient in Excel and SQL; Python programming skills are a plus.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work across time zones in an international setting.
