As a seasoned expert in software engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of our cutting-edge backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable microservices architectures using Golang.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and coordinate the development of complex backend systems.
  • Develop automated tests in Python to ensure high-quality code.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of a multidisciplinary team focused on product innovation.
  • Work closely with agile methodologies, embracing TDD and BDD practices.
  • Guide junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in languages: Golang, Java, Node, Rust, and Python.
  • Knowledge of distributed systems using gRPC, Rest, Messaging, and different protocols.
  • Experience with databases such as SQL Server, Firestore, DataStore, DynamoDB, Postgres, and MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Previous experience working in agile teams structured around product ownership.
  • Strong interest in the financial market and its applications.
