  • Análise e Melhoria Contínua
  • Integração com outras áreas
  • Treinamento e mentoria
  • Governança de dados
  • Desenvolvimento de relatórios e dashboards avançados
Requisitos Obrigatórios
  • Graduação em Marketing, Administração, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas
  • Histórico comprovado de implementação, customização e otimização de soluções no Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud e/ou Marketing Cloud
  • Familiaridade com configuração de objetos, campos, workflows, processos e regras no Salesforce
  • Experiência com integração de Salesforce com ERPs e plataformas de marketing (via API ou conectores)
  • Conhecer e boas práticas de governança e qualidade de dados
  • Conhecimento avançado no Pacote Office
