Operations Manager

This role oversees warehouse processes, reporting to the Sr. Ops Manager and supervising Area /Team Managers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team in outbound and/or inbound operations.
  • Ensuring overall safety, quality, performance, and customer experience.
  • Carrying out supervisory duties in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Accountability for meeting and exceeding operational goals.

Requirements

We seek candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Flexible work schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Experience managing teams and employee performance.
  • Fluent Portuguese and Advanced English.
  • Operations or Logistics background.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with:

  • MBA or Post Graduate Degree.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and process improvement.
