Production Coordinator

As a Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that production schedules are met under the best cost, quality, and time conditions, while adhering to QHSE standards, regulations, and customer requirements.

About the Role

• As a member of the Paulínia Silica team, you will work closely with the Corporate and Global Business Unit teams to deliver High Performance Silica products.
• You will be responsible for managing and developing your own team, implementing changes, and deploying corporate programs to improve production unit performance.
• Your key responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring QHSE compliance
• Meeting production schedules
• Controlling costs (fixed and variable)
• Developing and holding your team accountable
• Improving production unit sustainability and performance

About You

• You will need a relevant education degree or equivalent in Chemical or Production Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in production or process areas, preferably in the chemical industry or related.
• You will possess strong leadership skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of industry-standard manufacturing concepts.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, and French is a plus.
• You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, AVEVA PI-Vision, or similar, and SAP or similar.

About the Pay and Benefits

• We offer an attractive and equitable pay package, with a base salary range of R$ 196,000 to R$ 245,000, plus a bonus and/or other incentives.
