**Mathematics Education Role:**
We seek a skilled and dedicated mathematics educator to develop and implement effective teaching methods to ensure student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the curriculum and pedagogical approach to foster academic growth and achievement in mathematics.
- Collaborate with colleagues to discuss disciplinary and performance issues, ensuring a supportive learning environment.
- Provide targeted support for struggling students through guidance and motivation strategies.
- Develop and manage external exam preparation programs, utilizing past exams as a structured revision schedule.
- Contribute to various school duties, such as student assessments, substitute teaching, and organizing student activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, preferably with specialization in mathematics.
- Proficiency in English language, both spoken and written.
- At least one year of teaching experience, preferably in mathematics education.
- Professional behavior, ethics, and conduct.
- Results-driven approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Accountability and ownership of educational outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
