Project Coordinator Specialist

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in the delivery of projects by devising and implementing customized recruiting strategies, assigning tasks, and monitoring project progress.

  • Manage complex projects with challenging recruiting targets, involving 25 or more live projects.
  • Create a custom recruiting strategy on assigned projects, initiate and/or execute tasks as outlined, and adjust recruiting strategy to ensure maximum internal sample is achieved.
  • Proactively seek alternative sample and recruiting strategies to improve response rate and reduce costs in each project.

Responsibilities include:

  • Attending project meetings to discuss and outline recruiting plans and timelines.
  • Communicating recruitment updates, status, and issues to internal project teams through regular email updates and meetings.
  • Providing constructive feedback to the line manager and assisting in improving project tools and sampling methods.

Requirements include:

  • At least one year of experience in market research, preferably in recruiting, sampling, or fieldwork.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new technologies/software quickly.
