Global Procurement Manager

We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to lead our Category Excellence Team in sourcing raw materials across all manufacturing plants. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strategies, managing supplier relationships globally, and ensuring compliance with global procurement policies.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent procurement experience, particularly in responsible products and matrix environments. Strong business acumen, financial knowledge, and project management skills are also essential. A recognized expert with product knowledge and contacts in key supply markets, the successful applicant will be able to engage cross-functionally with R&D, Commercial, Creation, Production, Quality, and other departments.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 7 years in similar roles
  • CPSM or SPSM certification or related experience in supply chain or procurement excellence
