Training Solutions Specialist

This role involves providing user training on a specific solution in various NATO locations. The trainers will require familiarization training to understand the setup and background of the NPCL solution.
Training Objectives- Deliver initial training to users in NATO locations.
- Provide online learning about the NPCL solution using the Viva Learning module in the M365 solution.
- Conduct familiarization training at the NHQ location in Brussels - Belgium.
- Offer lifecycle support training remotely as it becomes available during the rollout.
- Conducting training sessions on Windows 11 Enterprise, Microsoft 365 and Office 365 products.
- Providing detailed instructions on using the Office 365 suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Demonstrating effective use of these tools for communication, file sharing, and team collaboration.
- Providing basic knowledge and training on other M365 tools such as Microsoft Planner, Microsoft To Do, Microsoft Bookings, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Loop and Power Automate.
- Explaining how these tools integrate with core M365 products.
- Educating users on security best practices including the use of Microsoft BitLocker and Windows Hello for Business.
- Explaining the importance of device compliance in an Intune-managed context.
- Conducting sessions on the Company Portal and its usage for managing devices.
- Guiding users on maintaining data security and privacy, and core functionality of M365 and Windows 11.
- Training users on the Secure Workspace App within Citrix Secure Private Access.
- Explaining secure access to corporate resources using Citrix Secure Private Access.
- Providing best practices for maintaining security while using Citrix SPA on devices.
- Addressing user concerns or questions regarding Citrix SPA as a technical Reach Back Solution.
- Engaging with users during training sessions to encourage participation and questions.
- Providing clear and concise answers to user queries.
- Recording and reporting unanswered questions from trainees.
- Fostering a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Offering follow-up support to users after training sessions.
- Creating comprehensive training materials including slides, handouts, instructional videos and other online resources tailored to user-specific content and different skill levels.
- Updating training content to reflect latest M365 features and best practices.
- Developing step-by-step guides video and printed format with screenshots, and FAQs for common user issues.
- Ensuring training materials are accessible and easy to understand.
- Regularly updating materials to reflect new features and changes.
- Providing ongoing support to users helping them adopt and effectively use M365 tools.
- Offering one-on-one assistance to users with specific needs.
- Monitoring user feedback and adjusting training methods accordingly.
- Assisting the technical support team with expertise if help is needed.
This task order starts immediately after contract signing by both parties. It is expected the service begins on January 13th, 2025, ending no later than December 31st, 2025. If the 2026 option is exercised, the period of performance is from January 1st, 2026, to December 31st, 2026.
