Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Operations Specialist to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, logging, and processing incoming work order requests using our work order management system.
  • They will review work order details for completeness and accuracy, assigning them to the appropriate technicians, teams, or vendors as needed.
  • Upon completion, they will update and close work orders, maintaining accurate records of labour, materials, and status changes.
  • Additionally, they will generate reports on open, pending, and completed work orders for management review.
  • Our ideal candidate will identify and escalate issues that may impact service delivery or operational efficiency.
  • They will also support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize work order and business service processes.
  • In this role, the Service Operations Specialist will be required to identify business needs, create and deliver training materials, complete online and offline training, and identify training results to optimize training efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in business operations, service coordination, or work order processing is essential.
  • A strong organizational and multitasking skillset with high attention to detail is required.
  • Fast learners with excellent written and verbal communication skills are preferred.
