We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team at Teads, a leading cloud-based technology platform for programmatic digital advertising. This role will be responsible for managing payroll, benefits, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from contract creation to onboarding and offboarding.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Manage exit processes, including exit interviews and final settlements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on payroll and benefits management.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
