Project Manager Role


As a Project Manager at TechnipFMC, you will be responsible for overseeing the timely delivery and profitability of projects while ensuring client satisfaction. This involves managing all project activities and resources within the framework of the company's values, policies, and contract commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute projects in accordance with the Business Management System
  • Ensure project execution within time, budget, and quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) requirements
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders associated with the project
  • Create a quality and HSE-oriented work climate that encourages client satisfaction and HSE consciousness among the project team
  • Contribute to the quotation process and provide project management-related information
  • Ensure timely internal and external reporting
  • Manage, inform, and lead project teams by setting and monitoring performance targets
  • Contribute to people development by interfacing with project departments and HR
  • Guarantee achievement or improvement of Profit & Loss forecasts
  • Ensure coordination of interfaces and project execution and financial close-out

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or equivalent diploma
  • Up to 5 years of experience in project management roles
  • Professional English language skills
  • Excellent understanding of onshore and offshore/subsea projects, including relevant equipment, operations, and services
  • Ability to lead functional project teams and manage critical timelines

Additional Skills

  • Ability to meet critical timelines and provide customer service
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and coaching
  • Motivate people and optimize capacity and quality of work performed by a team
  • Set priorities for the project team
  • Ability to integrate company goals across their areas of responsibility
