Job Overview:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Expert to lead quality, stability, and successful delivery of technology solutions across the manufacturing space. This high-ownership role involves working at the intersection of business processes and technology.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in manufacturing systems and strong knowledge of shopfloor technologies including MES (preferably Apriso), labeling systems, and OPC integration (Kepware).
Responsibilities include defining, designing, and executing end-to-end QA strategies for regression, integration, functional, and UAT cycles, collaborating with business and IT teams to gather requirements and develop comprehensive test scenarios, coordinating testing efforts, and leading testing efforts for systems integration.
The Quality Assurance Expert will participate in Agile sprint planning, provide accurate estimates for QA activities, track, log, and manage defects using tools like HP Quality Center (HPQC) and ServiceNow, and support and monitor data integrity and system communication between shopfloor applications and core enterprise systems.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset, ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage deadlines in dynamic environments, and adaptability and openness to work across technologies, systems, and teams with a collaborative approach.

About You:
You must have 10–12 years of experience in QA, with at least 5 years in a lead role supporting manufacturing or industrial applications.
A solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and structured QA processes is required.
Proficient with test and defect management tools — experience with HPQC and ServiceNow is a plus.
Strong communication skills, capable of bridging gaps between developers, stakeholders, and end users, are essential.
