Job Summary:

BEAUTY ELEMENTS VENTURES MANUFACTURING is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Analyst to join our team. As an Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records, and providing financial reports to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Transactions: Process and verify financial transactions, including invoices, expenses, and fixed asset postings.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Communication: Communicate financial information to management and other stakeholders, and provide support to other departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in accounting or related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical and communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Work Environment: Office environment with occasional travel to other locations.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
