Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication skills in English.

This role will involve analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and deliver high-quality results.

The successful candidate will be a key finance partner, supporting senior leadership and driving business growth through insightful analysis and robust forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze monthly results, identify key variances, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Business Partnering: Work closely with business units to understand performance drivers and support strategic initiatives with financial rigor.
  • Planning & Forecasting: Lead components of the annual budget and rolling forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
  • Financial Modeling & KPIs: Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting packages to track key metrics and support decision-making.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, leveraging tools like Hyperion, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis & Presentations: Support quarterly business reviews and executive presentations with compelling data storytelling.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus).
  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and business acumen.
  • Proficient in financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment.
