Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We seek an experienced professional to support our regulatory compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations.

This role is critical in maintaining our company's reputation and trust with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of regulatory requirements to ensure alignment with business operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain open communication with regulators and foster strong relationships with authorities.
  • Support various regulatory audits and assessments.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance calendar to ensure timely submissions of legal and regulatory documents.
  • Oversee and enhance good internal governance practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Regulatory Officer, Legal Advisor, or similar position.
  • Familiarity with international regulations, particularly those relevant to emerging markets.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • International experience is highly valued.
