Senior Mental Health Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as the trusted partner to mental health clients, helping them navigate and succeed with their digital marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to communicate complex digital marketing concepts in a clear and concise manner.
About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing 25-30 client accounts, coordinating between the internal team and clients to ensure goals are met and relationships are nurtured.
This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and nurture client relationships in the mental health industry, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Translate technical digital marketing updates into clear, client-friendly communication, ensuring that clients understand the value proposition of our services.
- Act as the main point of contact for all client queries, status updates, and feedback, providing timely and effective responses to meet client needs.
- Ensure project deliverables are met on time by coordinating efficiently with the internal team, leveraging expertise and resources to drive results.
