About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our S/4 HANA Customer Safeguarding Team. As a Business Content Developer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the content lifecycle of highly integrated business content for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and analyze complex content-related issues with the help of your new team.
  • Work with SAP's flagship technology, S/4 HANA Cloud, and develop deep knowledge in cloud-based configuration and lifecycle.
  • Support internal and external escalations, and drive incident resolution with involved stakeholders.
  • Safeguard S/4 HANA Cloud customers in critical/escalated situations and build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related fields with above-average results.
  • Solid experience with SAP S/4HANA in consulting, development, or support roles, preferably in a broader context of Business Content (SAP Best Practices).
  • Well-experienced with ABAP, ABAP OOO.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Customer and quality focus.
  • Open and professional communication style.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
