This is a position focused on safeguarding online transactions and preventing fraudulent activities. The ideal candidate will analyze data, identify suspicious patterns, and collaborate with various teams to ensure a secure environment for all players.
The incumbent will monitor payment transactions, investigate in-game purchases, and implement risk management strategies to minimize chargebacks and fraud losses. They will also create and maintain fraud detection rules, alerts, and workflows, and provide regular reports on fraud metrics and prevention effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Prior experience in fraud detection, risk analysis, or payment operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with online payment systems, chargeback processes, and fraud prevention tools.
- Attention to detail with ability to identify suspicious patterns in large datasets.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
