As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing new medical devices that meet the needs of our customers.
">Developing surgical implants and instruments in accordance with regulatory requirements.">Creating 3D part files and 2D technical drawings using SolidWorks.">Analyzing test data and generating reports to verify or validate that designs meet functional and specifications.">Interacting and coordinating with other departments to establish project plans and product requirements.">Providing assistance to the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Regulatory departments as needed.">Interface with suppliers and provide support during the manufacturing process.">Following organizational and group guidelines, procedures, protocols.">Viewing surgical procedures in operating room or cadaver lab.">Presenting and sharing information with management, customers, and/or field personnel when requested.">Independently leading/ executing project deliverables and managing multiple tasks at once.">Promoting and ensuring continual improvement in all interacting departments.">Communicating effectively to ensure project team and senior management are aware of upcoming milestones and risks/issues."]">

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical and/or biomedical a plus).
">At least 2 years of experience in product development in the medical device industry.">Excellent communication and collaboration skills.">Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.">Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.">Proficiency in SolidWorks and other relevant software.">Experience with regulatory compliance and quality management systems.">Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and training."]">
