Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an integrated approach to defining, setting up, or resolving day-to-day activities on greenfield Calypso instances.
  • Design and implement necessary solutions for Back Office (BO) / Accounting / Operations / Finance requirements.
  • Manage assigned projects / tasks, revising as needed to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Establish methodology and best practices for BO / Accounting / Operations / Finance requirements.
  • Ensure supporting documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient project implementation.
  • Submit status reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with functional or business stakeholders to achieve clear outcomes/deliverables.
  • Oversee deliverables, ensuring transparency of risks, issues, and dependencies aligned with owners.
