**Key Responsibilities**:

We are seeking a Collections Finance Analyst to join our team at ZIM. Key responsibilities include:

• Deeply analyzing outstanding freight and charges to identify areas for improvement.

• Providing excellent support to key accounts, resolving pending cases through calling and meetings.

• Analyzing cases over 10 to avoid damage to our KPI.

• Monitoring bank activity (BRL accounts) to ensure timely reconciliation, focusing on collected amounts and customer open balances.

• Reconciling cash receipts and deposits, and posting customer payments and making bank deposits.

• Direct contact with ZIM customers, preparing Excel reports for presentation.

• Ensuring system accuracy by checking and updating pending cases.

**Requirements**:

• University Degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or related fields.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP System.

• Excellent customer service skills, with advanced English language proficiency.

• Function: Countries & Business Development.
