At Speedcast, we are seeking a highly skilled Field Communications Specialist to join our team. As a Field Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, operating, and maintaining VSAT, marine, and other communication systems at offshore, onshore, and remote locations.
This role involves performing surveys, installations, commissioning, and operation of communication systems in line with the scope of work. You will also travel to various locations as directed by the Field Technician Coordinator, taking into account HSE issues related to international travel.
The ideal candidate will have good troubleshooting skills, ability to work with complex problems, and excellent verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
