Recruiting Talent Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to drive end-to-end hiring processes and manage high volumes of candidates. The ideal candidate will be able to execute various recruiting strategies, identify and acquire top talent, and provide a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Leverage market expertise to identify and attract top talent, ensuring diverse and high-quality candidate pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Hiring Managers, Sr Client Search Leads, and other team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting, managing high-volume candidate pipelines.
  • Proven ability to learn new processes and tools, as well as analyze reports with data from various ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of industry and market intelligence.
