Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure seamless execution of menu items and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the executive chef to develop new menu ideas, improve existing dishes, and source high-quality ingredients.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and control costs to optimize kitchen efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality.
  • Driver's license (code 8) and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
