Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in mechanical engineering to oversee and direct the planning, execution, and delivery of complex mechanical projects.
- This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion, quality standards, and effective resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals and objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Asana or Trello.
- Familiarity with building codes, fire codes, and other regulatory standards.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
Location Requirement:
We are based in Bi'nan, Laguna, and require our team members to be willing to relocate or commute to this location.
Experience: 5 years of experience in construction, particularly in vertical developments (mid-to-high-rise buildings).
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, must be a licensed engineer.
